I have had to throw away 2 Marie Callenders Chicken Pot Pies because when I open them I can see a bug in the crust on top and when I spoon off that part of the crust I find a very small black spot that looks like a bug. Kinda like a mite.  | Symptoms: Safety violation

I got a Farmer's Table overnight oats and noticed it was weirdly salty. I thought the almond butter might have just been a bit salty and ate it anyways.
