Yesterday, 20.01.23 (around 22:00), I made myself the menu with pretzel rolls, camembert, sweaty onions, sunflower seeds and cranberry jam. I ate Thanksgiving leftovers mashed potatoes stored in fridge for 2 weeks. They looked and smelled fine. They tasted fine. You should never eat leftovers from the fridge after 3-5 days. The potential for food poisoning increases every day after that. It's safer to freeze them if you want to eat them at a later date.
