I got an al pastor bowl with white rice, black beans, veggies, sour cream, salsa and guac at 1pm. I woke up at 6am the next day with diarrhea and nausea for 6 hours. I’ve eaten chipotle with this order over 50 times and it was the only thing I ate that day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

are still ill. I had hypovolemia from the extreme fluid loss and we both were treated with IVs from our doctor. We haven’t been this sick in our lives with extreme stomach pain, waves of fevers, vomit, and diarrhea. It’s still difficult to keep food down.
