experienced the most severe vomiting I have ever experienced. I vomited at least two more times over the next couple of hours. Today I feel week and tired and have no desire to eat, but I have not vomited since 3am today.
I ate at this restaurant with two other people who had different items and neither of them got sick or felt sick.
I had a steak and cheese sandwich with mayonnaise and 3 packets of sealed Chahula hot sauce.
