December 6, 2021 - It is possible to get food poisoning at 7-Eleven. Diarrhea and nausea are the most commonly reported symptoms from 7-Eleven. Salmonella is the most commonly reported diagnosis. In October 2018 7-Eleven’s Go-Go Taquitos were recalled due to possible salmonella and listeria contamination. .
