Ate at chipotle at 5:30 PM yesterday, burrito bowl, brown rice, no beans, sofritas and chicken, extra fajita, extra pico, hot sauce, and half sour cream. Woke up in the morning with terrible clear diarrhea, stomach cramps, no fever but mild body aches, and lower back pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
