My partner and I are currently in a suite in the Hilton in Sal, Cape Verde, both of us have suspected food poisoning, horrible stomach cramps and sickness/diarrhoea. Our guess is the ice cubes in the drinks, we haven't eaten/drank outside the hotel.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

were supposed to check out went the front desk to mention the problem I was having instead of asking me what was my name or what room number I was in she told me to buy some medication at the gift shop if it doesn’t work come back so they can order something from the pharmacy. None of us are heavy drinkers and made sure to stay in the shade during peak hours and remain hydrated throughout the day, even going inside for the hours of 1-3 to avoid heat exhaustion.
