soup from the same restaurant on December 13 (3 days ago). I spilled half of my soup and only ate half of what was remaining but that afternoon I developed stomach cramps and diarrhea. It has lasted several days. Not as severe but are a smaller amount. I am not obviously 100% this made me sick but it’s highly suspicious given the 2nd incident 1 month later with same exact food and developed similar symptoms after eating a smaller amount of the food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

I ate at 8/7/2019 a tuna salad sandwich with an apple side and Mediterranean veggie sandwich, and afterwards I began to feel a sore throat, and the the next day I woke up with a nasal congestion and sweating a lot during my sleep  | Symptoms: Fever, Congestion, Sweating, Soreness
