Rotisserie chicken can cause food poisoning. The most commonly reported symptoms of Viva Chicken food poisoning are diarrhea and vomiting. Chicken, especially when undercooked is usually associated with Salmonella and the symptoms can include bloody diarrhea, cramping, and fever.
