Happened on 010/08/21 around 8-9. Ordered beef with chili sweet shrimp. Had white rice and steamed veggies. Threw up after around 25 minutes. Didn’t finish my whole plate because of dissatisfaction. Which in turn helped me not throw up a lot.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate dinner around 6 and about 6 hours later got really bad stomach cramps. Ran to the bathroom and started throwing up while also sitting on the toilet with diarrhea. Are orange chicken and the new grilled beef. It happened Tonight  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea, Vomiting

I received a postdated delivery which I requested no beef juice and it came with a lot of sauce. I dont get it with beef juice because the juice has washed off antibiotics.

I had an issue with this before sending me an order with fast growing black mold in it which is very dangerous.

I'm very upset.

Update: I'm also now getting a headache two hours later and I’m noticing an itch rash feeling too  | Symptoms: Other, Headache, Skin Rash
