Sunday Arby's ham and cheese sandwich Ordered the meat and three meal with the ham and cheese sandwich on Saturday lunch. Gave some ham to the dog too. By Sunday we were both horribly ill with diarrhea. Urgent care says e coli  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had a roast beef sandwich for lunch. That evening I was running 102.4 fever, chills, throwing up, diarrhea, and extreme cramps. I ended up going to an urgent care the next morning. They gave my nausea meds which stopped helping. The pain ended up worse and I ended up at the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Yesterday I ate a gyro at Arby's. I ordered a gyro and ate it on my lunch break. 30 minutes later, when back at work, I got severe stomach cramps and pain, diarrhea, nausea and fever. That was all I ate. I got so sick, it was awful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting

I ate one thing in Arizona, a regular roast beef sandwich with sauce from the dispensers. After eating it I have been sick for 3 days and not able to eat anything else and it ruined my trip to the grand canyon.
