Purchased Beyond beef patties from Langley BC Costco on Monday January 19th. We had the burgers for dinner on Wednesday night. First my wife was up all night throwing up then I started the next day. Yesterday Beyond Meat hamburger patty I felt bloated and nauseous and had to go the ER. I was given an iv of saline because I was dehydrated from diarrhea and prescribed a sedative to help me sleep.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
