Heard the reports about this but was unable to link it to being the cause of my constant stomach problems. Stopped eating it for a few weeks, had it again last night and have had diarrhea, green stools, headache and just plain feel like crap. This time it is the obvious cause | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Green Stool See Less

8/30- 9/5 I consumed Honeynut cherrios and became violently I'll. This is the second time I've gone to the hospital for it. The last being about a month ago.
I consumed Honeynut cherrios purchased from here and became violently I'll. This is the second time I've gone... See More to the hospital for it. I previously went to the hospital about a month ago for the same symptoms, but I just made the connection last night. I originally had the first bowl with milk and thought that it was related to the milk. I then switched to almond milk, then ate it dry and became ill each time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less

The FSIS is issuing a public health alert for Perdue’s frozen ready-to-eat (RTE) chicken breast tenders “gluten free” because they may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically small pieces of clear plastic and blue dye. These items were shipped to BJ's Wholesale Club retail locations nationwide. A... See More recall was not requested because the product is no longer available for purchase. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

The affected product is:
- 2 oz. plastic bags containing “PERDUE CHICKEN BREAST TENDERS GLUTEN FREE” with a “Best if Used By: 07 12 23” and a lot number of 2193 above the use by date. UPC Bar Code: 0-72745-83492-9

The products were produced on July 12, 2022 and bear establishment number “P-33944” immediately below the “Best if Used By:” date on the back of the plastic bag.

FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

In case you experience harm from extraneous materials, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
