- comments: observed residue on interior panel of ice machine. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed debris inside cabinets under pop machine, inside floor drains in drive thru area, on floor inside walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep, storage, drive thru and dish washing areas. Observed dust buildup on ceiling vents, soiled pallets inside walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to clean maintain.
