Boyfriend had a greens and grains bowls with chicken from cava for lunch around 1:30pm. He started feeling nauseated around 8:30 and has been vomiting and having diarrhea since about 10 or 11pm. It’s currently 1am as I’m reporting it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
