You can get food poisoning from fast food fried chicken. Diarrhea and vomiting are the most commonly reported symptoms from Church's Chicken. Fired chicken isn't the only food customers have reported, other dishes to have caused illness are coleslaw, fries, biscuits, and mashed potatoes.
