Immediately after eating the quesadilla with chicken / cheese, onion ring & fries, I had to urgently use the bathroom and had diarrhea and now nausea. I NEVER get sick , or have stomach issues. This 100% was the food. Happened 20min after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
