My husband and I shared the Philly Munchie Meal, which includes the Philly style jack burger, curly fries and tacos, we also split the new Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. My grandma said that she got the fried shrimp from culvers and within an hour she threw up several times and felt horrible, the next morning she was perfectly fine. So we think it was food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
