Disneyland Food Poisoning
It's possible to get food poisoning from amusement parks. Diarrhea and nausea are the most commonly reported symptoms from Disneyland. Salmonella is the most commonly reported diagnosis. Theme park food such as burgers, chicken wings and other fast food are served at Disneyland and these have been associated with food poisoning in the past.

“I ate at the restaurant at Disneyland Park. 4 hours later I started to feel ill. By evening, I had high fever, chills and gastrointestinal issues. It was so bad that I actually went to an urgent care where they took a blood sample and stool. Dr. kept pointing to... my last meal, which was it. Lab results came back and it was campylobacter. UNDER COOKED/MIS-HANDLED Poultry. That's exactly what I ate. Reports to Orange County Health Department, but it appears they never logged it to took any further actions. Incident happened May 2018. ”
