Pacific coast veggie pizza and Parmesan bites. Was fine then about 6-8 hours after eating I developed a severe headache. By morning it was nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea which is still present currently  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

Ordered pizza two nights ago with extra anchovies and been ill since. Going hot, sweating, diarrhoea and vomiting. Just had doctor out that confirmed food poisoning. Everyone else who got pizza is fine, I was the only one who ordered anchovies, everyone else had cheese/hawaiian pizza  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
