The only meal my partner and I ate differently while on holiday. He went from fine in the morning to violently vomiting 5 hours later. The doctor sent to our room by Disney said it couldn’t be food poisoning as he had a fever, this is just not true.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
