I ate breakfast at First Watch in Chantilly and that was my only meal of the day. 10 hours later I started having severe diarrhea, cramps, stomach pain, loss of appetite. Ate breakfast with my mom yesterday morning (5/10) and both of us were sick afterwards. Stomach cramping, diarrhea and a little nausea.
