it's a friend of mine told me that means it's the file in your stomach and intestines your body trying to fight off the poison! My best educated guess would be that there are some kind of preservatives or some kind of chemical that is causing this. I noticed my stomach was aching, and started to get nasty smelling burps I deduced it was the cereal and threw the rest in my bowl out, it got worse when I got to work and started my day felt like i had diarrhea like yesterday. The day before on Nov 21, 2023 was far worse I had nasty smelling burps, diarrhea, painful gas, and I had to urinate a-lot although that was probably due to the amount of water I was consuming so I can keep hydrated and to help this painful process along faster, this lasted all day, the toilet became my new home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Stomach Pain, Burping

bars, and other items from General Mills, I guess I need to throw out all General Mills items immediately!?. I am located at 34983 Florida. I have been eating the General Mills cereal since I was a young child and now I’m in my 40s and had to brain surgeries already and remaining brain tumors. I see there are others like me, and with this brand, possibly being the cause of brain tumors, I am concerned.

of days and feel better. Almost felt like I was backed up, but I have bowl movements at least 2 a day. Felt like bowls were inflamed, was difficult to pass stool, increased fluids. But because I wasn’t hungry I would just eat the cereal. Looking back I think the first night I ate it I woke up at 3am and was vomiting violently for an hour while also experiencing diarrhea.
