My daughter has been experiencing diarrhea almost every time she eats a sausage roll from here. We wasn't sure at first whether it was that that was causing it but after so many months on and off we finally pin pointed it's the food from there that's causing it!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

On Saturday I ordered a Greggs pizza and immediately after eating it I felt a stomach ache and pain until Sunday where it got worse and then on Sunday night lead to vomiting 6 times in the night with a fever of 38.9 C  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain

I bought a greggs corned beef pasty and a sausage roll on 2nd June 2026, in the evening I had severe stomach pain, cramps, nausea, vomiting and severe diarrhea, the next day I had severe flatulence and diarrhea, The symptoms are still ongoing and my GP has diagnosed a stomach bug and gastroenteritis.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Flatulence, Gas
