I ate tuna baguette for lunch from the Greggs on Ludgate Hill in London on Tuesday 6th Jan. By 6:30 I felt a small bout of nausea. By 9ish I had a second bout and started puking uncontrollably and blacked out. I had severe diarrhea, temperature of 38.7, very low blood pressure and tachycardia  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Had a sausage roll and sausage cheese and bean melt around 12:30 for lunch. Was vomiting an hour later and felt weak and achy. It was the only thing I’d eaten that morning. Had to leave work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache

Had a lukewarm festive bake, cheese and onion slice and coffee, felt sick within an hour and have a bad tummy. It's all I've eaten today so it can't be anything else and I felt absolutely fine before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I ate a festive slice, I didn't eat anything else that day, I was later taken to hospital in an ambulance with bloody diarrhea and diagnosed with gastroenteritis. While we was eating in greggs there was a pigeon in there eating crumbs  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
