Within twelve hours of eating a chicken stir fry I began having severe stomach cramps. Within twenty four hours I began vomiting which lasted two days followed by two days of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I stayed at Hilton La Romana from May 25 to June 1, 2025. On May 27, I became severely ill and was hospitalized overnight with confirmed bacterial gastroenteritis and severe dehydration. I required IV fluids, antibiotics, and was placed on a restricted diet for several days.
