On April 16th 2022 I had a lettuce wrap ultimate bacon cheeseburger around 9:30 pm and around 12:30AM starting having extreme vomiting and had Diarrhea. Was sick all through the night. Today April 17th still extremely unwell.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Got off work late (3:40am) so went there for some French fries. Ate them around 4:10 & went to sleep shortly after. Woke up at 11am and ended up having stomach issues along with vomiting intensely multiple times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
