- comments: observed inadequate waste and sewage water disposal from the three-compartment drain and flore drain in the rear prep area. Observed soap, water, and food debris conveing heavily out of the floor drain. Must clean and sanitize floor and repair plumbing and keep dry and maintain at all times. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
