Crushed ice cocktail at the beach made both of us really sick... The nurse at the local hospital asked if we drank a cocktail with ice, they seem to make it with tap water... And yes we both drank it 10 hours before and both got sick at the same hour  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Husband, daughter and son all experienced some level of food poisoning while at this resort We stayed with another family and their daughter got sick as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
