Offered a drink because I was a delivery driver. I got a soda from the machine and after drinking only half of it I had the worst stomach pains I've ever experienced. It lasted about 2 hours and I was dry heaving in a parking lot due to the pain I was experiencing.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain

I consumed a number 1 combo yesterday afternoon around 2:00 PM. Started feeling nauseated within an hour. Diarrhea started shortly after. Frequent trips to the bathroom every 30-60 minutes.
