Symptons started roughly an hour after eating. Stomache first started feeling cramped or tightened then painful. Started throwing up violently another hour later - still to present. Even throwing up lots of water after trying to hydrate myself.

I hadn't eaten since breakfast because I was working. On the way home picked up 2 bacon egg, cheese biscuits and fries around 7:15pm. Woke up around 3:30am and was horribly sick, diarrhea and vomiting the rest of the next day. Ruined mcdonalds breakfast for life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
