good poisoned. But DEFINITELY one of these two mentioned. Mellow mushroom food was catered to us today for lunch in an event, but after eating it, my stomach got gurgly for a few hours. No big deal. HOWEVER, I’m convinced I got food poisoning when I noticed I got stomach cramps since 9:30 PM and took a dump a couple times, and each dump was liquid diarrhea. I’ve had what appeared to be food poisoning twice after eating at Mellow Mushroom. The first time it was after eating a sandwich, and the second time was after eating pizza. I ate it Thursday night and all Friday and all today has been horrendous. I woke up 6 times just to use the restroom. I ordered a create your own with mushroom trio, tempeh, onion and spinach woth an olive oil base. Check your temperatures on food in BOH. I have a feeling it was the mushrooms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
