This sounds like a mild allergic reaction. You may become allergic to anything at anytime. Like peanuts etc. You may try getting a food allergy test to see if you have now become allergic to peanuts, that's a dangerous allergy.

I ate this sandwich as well and woke up feeling nauseous and diarrhea and feel like vomiting. Just feel awful.
