Today at work Nature valley sweet and salty peanut I was at work, I had one for breakfast around 830a, by around 11 my stomach started cramping. Then I was in the bathroom off and on for rest of the day of work, about 11 to 4 with diarrhea. Still cramping with loose stool but father apart now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

The Nature Valley sweet & salty nut bars are toxic to the stomach. They almost always cause some type of bowel issue like inflammation or diarrhea. There are NOT just peanuts and peanut and it may be the baking soda or fructose or soy in the bar that causes the stomach issue  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
