The Nature Valley sweet & salty nut bars are toxic to the stomach. They almost always cause some type of bowel issue like inflammation or diarrhea. There are NOT just peanuts and peanut and it may be the baking soda or fructose or soy in the bar that causes the stomach issue  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
