Ordered filet mignon with toowoomba topping and mushrooms. Sweet potatoe and mixed veggies for side. Ate around 8pm, woke up to extreme nausea and vomiting along with diarrhea around 4am. It’s now 3 pm and still have all symptoms plus a fever of 102… terrible headache and overall body pain  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Body Ache

Ate dinner at Outback Steakhouse, 3/20/2024. We both had sirloin steak, baked potato, house salad, pecan salad, bread & butter, and cheescake. Both sick with diarrhea, stomach cramps and wicked heartburn!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Heartburn

I’ll bet it was the salad dressing. It gets hot in kitchens and the dressing is often not refrigerated in restaurants
