Ordered meat lovers and cinnamon pull apart. Arrived around 7...woke up in pain around 4am. Ended up having to use the bathroom and still didn't feel right. Brought a trash can with me to bed. My wife and I got a Papa John's the works large Pizza of 26 Dec 2025 approximately 1:29pm about 8:30pm Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, and Stomach Pain started we went to the Emergency Room about 6am the next morning after my wife passed out and hit her head.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
