Feb 18, 2026 Uncooked fish and food handling at the buffet I think I was violently ill for about eight hours, vomiting. I was then very unwell for the next five days. In addition to, I believe the seafood was uncooked at the buffet. I also saw the staff handling the salmon with her bare hands.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

Suspected source: I’m in Punta cana and my stomachache started after a excursion when they gave us food, I ate rice with beans
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours

Family of 4, last week of July 2019. Everyone got sick, with my wife and I the worst. I’m on day 6 (and now home) with not much improvement other than I’m no longer throwing up. Food safety was horrible, many meats totally undercooked, eggs runny etc.… See more
