of hours before reaction to bad food, but, myself, I know this business of getting hit with get-it-gone-from-here diarrhea only happens after eating out at a place that just isn't quite careful about kitchen hygiene. leaving I did too. It started with bad gas and cramping and slight nausea. After I went home I got diarrhea. She came over again later and said her stomach still was hurting and I told her about my issues too. After she left again for the night I had a severe urge to throw up and sat by the toilet for 10 minutes till the feeling went away, although I never did throw up. Ive been desling with severe cramps, nausea, gas, and diarrhea for the last 4 hours, and we got the food 10 hours ago. We both got almost the same order. She got pancakes and so did I.
