He did not change gloves. He used the sliver to slice the smoked ham and the Swiss cheese. Another worker, female, was coughing or sneezing into her sleeve before food prep. Ate half the sub about 20 minutes later.
Began to feel strange about 5 hours later, and tried to sleep beginning at 9 pm. Had much feeling of bloating and gas. Began vomiting around midnight, and had to get up several times in the night to vomit. The next day slept off and on all day with a few watery small defacations. Took colace stool softener and fiber one lemon bar, 2 gas-x, and an Advil PM with lots of water at midnight. Slept fairly well until about 8 am. Had one bowl of crackling oat bran and whole milk for breakfast, and one gas-x.
