Goodbye! and best wishes in your recovery

May 15, 2022 - It's possible to get food poisoning from Raising Canes' chicken fingers. The most commonly reported symptoms from Raising Canes are diarrhea and nausea. In 2018 a video of an employee stirring tea with her arm went viral. Food poisoning is often related to hygiene and food handling practices by kitchen staff.

Raising Canes

I’ve never had any issues with them but last night around 1-1:30AM was something else. Not sure if it was from the tenders being a little too soft(because the breading was way too light and soggy) but it could’ve been the coleslaw too. I felt an intense... See More pain in my gut with pressure to my head and had vomit brown chunks and saw a ton of coleslaw come out as well. I had puked 4 times since then and feel so sore and have a steady fever of 100.8. If this worsens I’m going to need to go to urgent care to help with the pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever See Less

I had chicken, fries, coleslaw, and also a sweet tea from this location. I have been sick from this location before (I thought the first instance was unrelated and now I know I was wrong). Don't bother with this place. It happened on Today, May 13 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain See Less

I bought their food last night and ate it about 10 min later at home. I shared some of the chicken with my dog like I always do and this morning we both woke up with diarrhea and vomiting. I love trying to clean up dog puke... See More while trying not to shit my pants. Thanks, maybe teach your staff at this location how to properly cook and handle food . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less

Me & My Girl Got Food Poisoning At This Same Location Yesterday . Still going through it as we speak
Reply 4 days ago
Daughter bought food around 10:15 PM Wednesday, May 4, 2022 through the drive through. She ate it at 10:30-10:45, after arriving home. She woke up at 4:15 am with severe stomach pain, nausea, temp of 102.9, and feeling shaky. I gave her Tylenol 1000 mg and Motrin... See More 600 mg. Her temp went down to normal within the hour and she went back to sleep. She woke up at 10:30 with sever stomach pain and nausea, again, but started vomiting. No more fever present. She vomited the food she had consumed earlier and is feeling less nauseated now. Stomach pain is slightly eased at the moment. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Shaking See Less
