Last night my wife and I got a pizza and bread deal for £6.50. I woke at 4am and had 2 bowel movements in a row with diarrhea and cramps. She followed at around 5am. We never had anything else yesterday except breakfast which was porridge and fruit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Me and my partner both had the chicken teriyaki poke bowl from Sainsbury’s. They tasted a bit funny but it was our first time trying it so we didn’t think much of it and they were in date however we both now have really bad food poisoning from this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
