gagging about to puke for about 20 mins now. I ate some Sara Lee pound cake lasntight before bed and woke up around 5:30am with the worst stomach cramps ever, diarrhea & gagging/slightly puking, have been stuck in the bathroom for 30 mins doubled over in pain afraid to leave bc I don't wanna poop myself or puke everywhere. I love the pound cake it's never given me issues like this before even if I eat a whole thingy of it. But it messed me up this morning.
