left abdomen pain and diarrhea continued for 3 hours off and on. Vomiting started suddenly without warning about the 7th hour after eating meal. Vomiting and diarrhea continued until there physically was nothing left to expell. Extreme abdominal pain continued until about 7 am the following day when it started to subside until completely gone. The headache and fever and chills lingered into the following day.. Nausea, vomiting, extreme stomach aches, diarrhea and constipation.( possibly by inablility to eat or drink) Gas is even hard to pass. Urine is dark and pungent.
