Ordered a chicken sub. Thought the meat looked strange when I ordered it, figured they were having a bad day. I think they freeze the chicken, set it out, and put what they don't use back in the freezer. I've never gotten so sick from a sandwich. Immediately diarrhea and soon after vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I got a footlong chicken teriyaki sub yesterday at around 3. The chicken had funny pieces of chicken like mush which did not taste right. Today at 2pm I started feeling nausea and queasy. Ive vomited and have diarrhea witha fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Bought Monday 7 about 6:30 a 6 inch black forest ham cheese mayo was nauseous an 1 1/2 later vomiting about 2 1/2 hours later. Diarrhea stomach cramps. Was out of work, yesterday, today and will be again tomorrow. still not able to keep liquids or food down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
