Food poisoning from Subway does happen and the chain has been involved in several recent outbreaks. In 2017, 18 people had symptoms linked to Norovirus from a Normandy Park, WA location. Salmonella is a commonly reported diagnosis and diarrhea & nausea are the most reported symptoms from Subway.

The Subway in my area isn’t much better, and I’m a healthy (not pregnant) male. So, blaming her pregnancy isn’t helpful. Subway used to be much better about protecting their food but, just looking at it, you can see that it’s starting to go bad. Best bet, keep them off your menu.
