Fast food tacos have been known to cause food poisoning. Nausea and diarrhea are the most commonly reported symptoms from a Taco John's food poisoning incident. A Taco John's E. Coli outbreak attributed to tainted lettuce occurred in 2006 that sickened over 75 and hospitalized 18.

What a tragedy. This place just opened and they’re already dishing out salmonella and pathogens?
A coworker and I ate there Feb 1 2023. We both had the a burrito, but mine was beef and his was chicken along with oles and a drink. I had this food for the first time Friday 1/6/23. Within less than 3 hrs I was sick with both vomiting and bloody diarrhea. Currently sitting in the ER for meds and fluids.
