I got the burger with fries and an Oreo brownie sundae for dessert. Symptoms starting about 2am. Vomiting, diarrhea at the same time until about 6am. On the bright side I have one less pair of underwear I need to pack for my flight home. Downside is now I can't trust a fart for the rest of the day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My young child ate Oreos and began feeling nauseated within the hour. He has since been vomiting and having diarrhea, without any fever, for the past two hours. I don’t know if the Oreos caused it, but he had been feeling fine, and the onset happened directly after eating them.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
