Every time I have Cheerios I has terrible stomach pain and after my stomach processes them I have terrible diarrhea. Same with the walmart brand ones too. No allergies or intolerances. Today at work Nature valley sweet and salty peanut I was at work, I had one for breakfast around 830a, by around 11 my stomach started cramping.
