February 17th 2018, I ate White Castle burgers with cheese on them and French fries on the side with mustard on my burgers. Sunday is when my symptoms started, headache and stomach ache.. then that evening diarrhea, vomiting and chills and fever started.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain

I ate my food at 3:45am this morning and I woke up throwing up and use the restroom on myself!!!! I haven't ate anything but a salad yesterday so I know it's white castles, and plus my daughter is also sick and she is one  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My wife, nephew, son, and at all got sick after eating cheeseburgers at White Castles Freemont Las Vegas--Nephew threw up 1 hour later 6 times all together-Son threw up 9 times within 6 hours. Wife threw up 3 times within 8 hours--I had Diarrhea the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered 3 cheeseburger sliders with no pickles and a side of 6 piece chicken rings. Within 2 hours I was in the bathroom nonstopped vomiting from Friday till Saturday evening.
