Today Roast beef and Mac and Woolworths cheese flavored flavored quicksticks noodles. This is all I ate today besides 2x coffees. I had 2 packs for lunch. I had 2 packs this 2 minute noodle from woolworths for lunch. This is all I ate all day. Late... afternoon 3 hours after eating the noodles I felt ill and then have had nausea, diarrhea and vomiting for the Last 4 hours. Buttermilk pancake, I made the pancakes in the morning, myself and 2 kids ate them except hubby. Bought a box of gay time icecream my local supermarket had 1 and about 3:30am in the morning started to get abdominal pain and felt nauseous. Then within minutes I started throwing up and also diarrhoea. Woolworths Chicken Cobb and Chickpea Falafel Salads - recalled due to potential contamination with unsafe plant material

FSANZ announced the recall of Woolworths Chicken Cobb Salad and Woolworths Chickpea Falafel Salad by Woolworths Group due to potential contamination with unsafe plant material. The products have been available for sale at Woolworths and Woolworths Metro stores in NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC.
The recalled products... are:
- Woolworths Chicken Cobb Salad 270g USE BY 20/DEC
- Woolworths Chickpea Falafel Salad 290g USE BY 20/DEC, USE BY 22/DEC
Consumers should not eat these products and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.

The NSW Health is investigating a food-related toxic reactions outbreak linked to baby spinach products. As of 18 December, as part of the ongoing investigation, 164 people in NSW have reported symptoms after eating baby spinach and at least 42 of these people have sought medical attention.... Reported symptoms can be severe, including Delirium or confusion, Hallucinations, Dilated pupils, Rapid heartbeat, Flushed face, Blurred vision, Dry mouth.
Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) issued several recalls of these baby spinach products:
- Riviera Fresh – Riviera Farms Baby Spinach
- Fresh Salad Co – Fresh and Fast Stir Fry
- Woolworths – Chicken Cobb Salad and Chickpea Falafel Salad
- Coles – Spinach, Chef Blend Tender Leaf, Baby Leaf Blend, Kitchen Green Goddess Salad, Kitchen Chicken BLT Salad Bowl, Kitchen Roast Pumpkin, Fetta & Walnut Salad, Kitchen Smokey Mexican Salad, Kitchen Egg and Spinach Pots
People are being advised not to consume these baby spinach products due to cases of possible food-related toxic reactions. NSW Health advises the recalled products are not safe to consume and people who have purchased these recalled products should throw them out or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
