I ate lucky charms and had nausea, diarrhea, severe cramps. I was out of work for 3 days because I could hardly move, the cramps were so painful. I had bad gas for about 7 days after that, it had almost a chemical type smell (sorry, gross). It took almost 10 days to feel better.
